Cancellation Policy

When you miss your appointment or fail to give notice, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our stand by clients miss the chance to receive our services.

Since we realize it is easy to forget an appointment made weeks prior, all of our appointments are confirmed via text / email 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information upon scheduling.

  1. Less than 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
  2. No Call / No Show* will likewise be charged a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our stand by clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled and thus providing better service for our established and future clients.
